SCHOOL-WIDE LEARNING AND ACTION PLANNING

We help schools design whole-school and department/grade-level learning and action plans. The plans are data-driven, based on the experience, knowledge and interests of teachers and the performance of students. The plans often call for differentiated support for teachers. The plans have been shown to improve practice and communication across the school and among teachers and administrators.
